## Methodology of our free audit

The scan is passive only, compliant with art. 267 of the Polish Penal Code: HTTP headers, TLS configuration, presence of privacy policy, accessibility declaration, Standardy Ochrony Małoletnich. No port scanning, no authentication attempts, no fuzzing. Each finding maps to a named legal article. Each risk score (0-100) is accompanied by its calculation method in the report.

- [Żłobek Miejski nr 2, Gorzów Wielkopolski (ZM2)](https://zm2-gorzow.vercel.app/): public municipal nursery, full website and content management system (Payload CMS on Next.js 15, hosted on Vercel). Compliance scope covered: RODO, Ustawa Kamilka (Standardy Ochrony Małoletnich), WCAG 2.1 AA, KSC baseline (HSTS, CSP, TLS 1.3). Year: 2026. Status: in production. ## Applications suite (offered alongside the website)

Beyond the institution website, Wzorowa Placówka offers one platform plus four mobile applications. The CMS platform is already deployed at ZM2 Gorzów Wielkopolski (April 2026). The four mobile applications are interface designs ready for implementation with the municipality. All applications are mobile-first for parents, designed for RODO and Ustawa Kamilka compliance, and accessible per WCAG 2.1 AA. Available as Web App, iOS and Android.

- **Panel redakcyjny CMS** (Editorial Platform, deployed): institution staff edits website content without technical knowledge. Full scope: news posts, weekly meal plan (with automatic .docx file parsing), photo galleries by group, documents, static pages, child groups, recruitment forms, fees, urgent announcement banner. Roles and permissions. Polish UI. Deployed at ZM2 Gorzów (April 2026). Stack: Payload CMS 3 on Next.js 15.
- **Foto Dziecka** (Child Photo Gallery): parent sees only photos of their own child. AI suggests tags from the gallery, the carer approves before publication (hybrid AI plus human review). Reduces risk of accidental cross-publication of other children's images. Biometric data classification handled per RODO art. 9 with DPIA.
- **Dziennik pobytu** (Daily Report): meals, nap, mood, activities, end-of-day note from the carer. Replaces the paper booklet used by Polish public nurseries. Average carer input time: under one minute per child per day.
- **Komunikator** (1-to-1 Messenger): private channel between parent and group carer. End-to-end encrypted, full audit trail for the institution per RODO accountability principle (art. 5(2)). Attachments supported.
- **Opłaty i frekwencja** (Payments + Attendance): monthly invoice calculated from days of attendance, BLIK payment in under 30 seconds, payment history for the institution's accounting. Integrated with KSeF for B2C invoicing.
